The resort condominium development at Iguanazul Beach Community, Hotel & Spa is a welcomed concept to the area backed by 16 years of resort and local area experience. The hotel has been a tropical haven to returning travelers over the years and now offers you your own "Peace of Paradise" in that same resort environment. The development philosophy is low-density, environmentally friendly and increasing use of alternative energy sources.
Location
Located at Playa Junquillal in sunny Guanacaste, Costa Rica, the community will be developed in five phases. Playa Junquillal is a Blue Flag beach which is an ecological award based on cleanliness and safety. Approximately 120 beaches are surveyed every year and of those, only about 20 meet the high standards of the Blue Flag program. The remoteness of this tropical property allows the condominium owners access to pristine beaches away from the crowds and traffic. Yet, it is only 75 minutes from the Daniel Oduber International airport in Liberia and 45 minutes from the Tamarindo airstrip for domestic flights.
Activities
Besides just getting away and relaxing, the area offers excellent sport fishing, surfing, snorkeling, golf, canopy tours, kayaking, horseback riding, cave exploration and a wide variety of wildlife including, monkeys, sea turtles and 300 species of birds.
